摘要
基于模糊层次分析法(FAHP)对企业敏捷性CTRS评价体系中各个指标的影响程度进行评定,通过对评定结果排序找出企业在运行过程中相对不足的方面加以改进,以进一步提高企业的整体敏捷性.算例验证表明:这种评定方法可以为企业管理层提供一定的决策依据.
The effect degree of each evaluation indicator of enterprise agility CTRS evaluation system is assessed based on FAHP in this paper.By sorting the assessment results,the shortages in the process of enterprise operation can be found and improved to further enhance the enterprise agility.A numerical example shows that the assessment method can provide decision-making basis for the managers to a certain extent.
