摘要
建立了包括轴承间隙、齿侧间隙在内的齿轮系统三自由度非线性动力学模型,对模型进行了无量纲化处理,并对齿轮系统的动力学特性进行了分析.通过研究齿轮系统激励频率的变化,发现对于不同的轴承间隙,随着系统激励频率的降低,系统响应也经历了从稳态到混沌的历程,出现了倍周期分岔和Hopf分岔现象.
A 3-DOF nonlinear dynamic model of gear system with the bearing clearance and backlash is considered.The model is dimensionless,and analyzes the dynamics of gear system.Through the analysis of gear system's incentive frequency changes,it is found that,for different bearing clearance,as the reduction of the system's excitation frequency,the system has gone from steady-state response to the chaos,and there has been period-doubling bifurcation and the Hopf bifurcation.
