摘要
采用挤出共混方法通过双螺杆挤出共混制备聚丙烯夹克料,并通过氧化诱导期研究了抗氧剂体系对材料热氧老化性能的影响。研究结果表明,当抗氧剂A的用量为0.4%(质量分数),抗氧剂B用量为0.4%(质量分数),抗氧剂C用量为0.8%(质量分数),抗氧剂D用量为0.1%(质量分数)的时候,可以制得热氧老化性能好,价格适中的聚丙烯防腐夹克料,并且材料的冲击性能好,维卡软化点达到145℃,熔体流动速率在0.5—0.7g/10min之间。
PP coating master batch is made by blending and co - extrusion of twin - screw extruder. The effect of antioxidant system on the thermal oxygen ageing of PP material is studied by the oxidation inductive phase. It is indicated by the study result that the PP coating master batch with a batter thermal oxygen ageing resistance and a moderate price could be achieved when the dosage of antioxidant system is 0.4% (mass fraction) antioxidant A, 0.4% (mass fraction) antioxidant B, 0.8% (mass fraction) an- tioxidant C and 0.1% (mass fraction) antioxidant D. The resulted PP coating material will have good impact resistance, Vicat softening point 145~C and MFR (melt flow rate) in the range of 0.5 -0.7 g/10 min.
