研制出了一种新型热缩压敏防腐补口带。该种补口带的结构为：丁基橡胶改性压敏胶＋辐射交联聚乙烯基材。实验证明，该种补口带具有优异的耐水、防腐及长期抗阴极剥离性能，与钢、PE、底漆／钢有着良好的粘结力，只需要适度烘烤收缩在管口上，就可以产生良好的粘结密封性,对外力造成的缺陷具有自修复作用，可以用于在役输油气管线补口修复及新建管线补口。

a new heat - shrinkable pressure - sensitive tap used as joint coating of pipe was devel- oped via spreading pressure - sensitive adhesion on Radiation crosslinking polyethylene sheet. This tap as joint coating is of excellent performance of water - tolerance, anti - corrosion, long term cathodic dis- bonding tolerance and adhesion to steel, PE and primer. Just applying it on the joint of pipes by proper heating, the tap can come into being joint coating of strong adhesion and tight sealing. The defect made by external forces can be self repair. The tap can be used as field joint coating of pipeline project in con- struction and rehabitation.
