摘要
随着全球化进程的加速,企业的规模越来越大,分工越来越精细,总对总的集中采购成为控制成本的有效途径。文章在分析了企业的发展趋势、研究了总对总集中采购的优势、不足及在当今社会企业中的作用后,认识到了总对总集中采购的重要意义,为以后企业做大做强起到了指导作用。
With the acceleration of globalization,the scale of the enterprise expands rapidly and the division of labor is increasingly sophisticated.Therefore the centralized procurement based on corporate HQ-HQ becomes an effective way to control costs.This thesis analyzes the development trend of the enterprise,studying the advantages and disadvantages of the centralized procurement based on corporate HQ-HQ,and recognizing its role and significance in today social enterprise.It provides guidance function for the enterprise to become bigger and stronger in the future.
