交易效率对城市化水平的影响研究——基于长株潭地区的面板数据分析

Effects of Transaction Efficiency on the level of Urbanization——Based on the Panel-date Analysis of “Changzhutan” City Groups

作为全国"两型社会"建设综合配套改革试验区,长株潭城市群的城市化进程对湖南省乃至全国都具有十分重要的意义。以修正的新兴古典经济学城市化模型和交易效率理论为基础,利用长沙、株洲、湘潭三市1997～2008年的面板数据,通过建立固定效应变截距模型对交易效率对城市化水平的影响进行实证分析。结果表明交易效率对长株潭城市群城市化水平的提高具有显著的促进作用,其中医疗卫生和教育发展状况是交易效率指标中决定城市化水平的关键因素。

As a pilot area for ＂two-oriented society＂,the urbanization development of ＂Changzhutan＂ city groups has a great significance for Hunan province and China.This paper develops a fixed effect variable intercept model based on the neoclassical urbanization theory,transaction efficiency theory and the panel-date of ＂Changzhutan＂ for the period of 1997-2008.The results show that the increase of transaction efficiency can promote the urbanization level of ＂Changzhutan＂ city groups significantly.And in the alternative indicators of transaction efficiency,the development of medical health and education are the key factors which determine the level of urbanization.Finally,this paper makes relevant recommendations through the analysis of alternative indicators of transaction efficiency.
