摘要 针对经典应急选址模型指标单一,不能真实反映现实问题的复杂性,为了拓宽应急系统优化选址问题影响因素的考虑范围,笔者首先通过层次分析法(AHP)确定各影响因素的权重,再综合多目标线性规划的方法,确定最佳备选方案。在影响因素的分析中,考虑到决策者偏好判断的模糊性,应用模糊数,提高了计算的精确性。多因素的全面考量,提高了模型的适用性,有利于在实际中进行推广应用。 In view of the problems that the targets for classic Optimal Location of Emergency Systems(OLES) is sole,and that it can not truly reflect the real complexity of the problem issues,and in order to broaden the contemplated scope of the impact factors with the OLES,the authors use AHP to determine the weight of each factor and then integrate multi-objective linear programming method to determine the best options.In the analysis of the influencial factors,the ambiguity of the preferences of the decision makers is taken into account.The application of fuzzy numbers is introduced,and it improves the accuracy of the calculation.Comprehensive consideration to the multiple factors improve the applicability of the model,and will promote the application of the model in practice.
