SWOT分析方法本是企业市场营销内部的分析方法,现已被广泛应用于各个领域,如经济发展、旅游开发、人才培养等。志愿者服务作为公共服务的关键部分,构建旅游志愿者服务体系是完善旅游公共服务体系的必然选择。结合桂林建设国家旅游综合改革试验区的背景,运用SWOT分析方法,科学、系统、清晰的说明桂林建设旅游志愿者服务体系优势与劣势、机会与威胁,为其构建提供研究基础,最后得出其在旅游志愿者、游客、政府、企业、旅游目的地等方面的积极作用。

SWOT analysis is the method to analyze the internal marketing environment of enterprises,and now it has been widely used in various fields,such as economic development,tourism development,personnel training,etc.Volunteers＇ service is a key part of the public services,and the construction of the volunteers＇ service system is an inevitable choice to perfect the tourist public service system.It shows the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of construction of Guilin tourism volunteers＇ service system scientifically,systematically and clearly on the basis of the political background of building national tourism comprehensive reform testing area of Guilin,and with SWOT analysis method.This paper provides the research foundation for building it.In the end,the paper holds that Guilin should construct a long-term tourism volunteers＇ service system and the systen play a positive role in tourism volunteers,visitors and government,business,tourist destination and so on.
