煤炭企业职工思想政治教育的现状与对策研究

Current Situation and Countermeasures for Ideological and Political Education in Coal Enterprises

文章通过对煤炭企业职工思想政治教育现状问卷调查的分析发现,虽然目前煤炭企业职工思想政治教育水平有了较大的进步,但在其认识水平、载体利用、人力资源配备、激励方式等方面还存有一些亟待解决的问题。由此,通过阐述煤炭企业职工思想政治教育的现状总结出其影响因素,提出具有针对性的建议,为煤炭企业职工思想政治教育的有效实施提供参考。

With the rapid development of the coal enterprises,its ideological and political education of workers has also made remarkable achievements.Based on the survey of the ideological and political education in the coal enterprises,the authors hold that the current coal enterprises still have some problems to be solved in the level of understanding,the carrier,allocation of human resources and equipment,the way of encouragement and so on.In this article,the current coal enterprises are analyzed,the influencial factors are summed up and the countermeasures to promote the ideological and political education in the coal enterprises are put forward.
