Strengthening Construction of Laboratory and Promoting the Engineering Talents Cultivation

为了适应卓越工程人才培养的需要,充分发挥高校专业实验室的专长,介绍了高校实验室在卓越工程人才培养方面的地位和作用,从实验队伍建设、实验教学模式和开放实验室等方面分析了目前实验室建设中存在的主要问题,阐明了加强实验室建设的必要性和紧迫性。建议加大政策倾斜力度,稳定实验队伍,充分调动实验人员的积极性;进行实验教学模式改革,提高学生实验教学自主性,建立开放实验教学模式,为卓越工程人才培养创造良好的条件。

In order to meet the needs of cultivating excellent engineers and bring the expertise of the professional laboratories in universities into the full play,the status and roles of university laboratories in cultivating excellent engineers are introduced.From the viewpoints of experiment team construction,the mode of experimental teaching and open laboratory,the current problems of the construction of laboratories are analyzed,and the necessity and urgency of strengthen the lab construction is clarified.It is advised to make sound policy so as to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff,and to change the traditional lab teaching mode into an open mode so as to increase the students＇ independent ability in studying and to create good conditions for cultivating excellent engineers.
