摘要
由于复合材料夹层结构具有高强、质轻的特点,复合材料夹层结构在航天、汽车和城市基础设施等方面得到了广泛的应用。针对夹层结构受到单约束情况进行分析,对单约束夹层结构进行轻量化设计;并以某型号电动车的底盘甲板结构为对象,采用单约束夹层结构轻量化设计方法进行轻量化研究。研究结果表明在保证车辆稳定性的前提下,轻量化设计效果良好。
Composite sandwich structures are now used extensively in aerospace, automotive and civil infra structure due to its main advantages of high strength, high stiffness and lightweight. On the basis of the anal ysis of the sandwich structure subjected to single constraint, a lightweight design is done for the single con strainted sandwich structure by taking the chassis deck of one electricity motorcycle as an example. The re suits show a good lightweight design to ensure vehicle stability.
