摘要 探讨将CBL教学法应用于"护理管理学"教学对本科护生评判性思维能力的影响。以武汉市某高校护理系78名本科护生为研究对象,采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)观察CBL教学法对护生教学前后评判性思维能力的影响。结果为CBL教学法实施后护生的评判性思维能力均有不同程度的提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运用CBL教学模式能有效促进本科护生评判性思维能力的提高。 This paper explored the influence of the casebased learning(CBL) teaching method on critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students in nursing management teaching. Totally 78 undergraduate nursing students in the grade 2008 of nursing department of one Wuhan Medical College were researched. The CBL teaching method was used in the course of nursing management, then the results before and after teaching were compared by CTDI - CV. The results showed that after using CBL teaching method in teaching, the critical thinking ability of nursing students increased in varying degrees ( p 〈 0.05 ) and the CBL teaching method effectively promoted the improvement of the students critical thinking ability.
