醒脑再造胶囊治疗急性脑出血180例临床分析

Clinical observation on Xinnaozaizao capsule in the treatment of 180 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients

目的观察醒脑再造胶囊治疗中少量脑出血的临床疗效。方法将我科180例高血压脑出血量<30mL的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用醒脑再造胶囊,比较治疗前后2组的临床疗效、30d和3个月后的日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,日常生活活动能力(ADL)也明显高优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑再造胶囊治疗中少量脑出血疗效可靠,可明显减少患者的致残率,具有应用前景。

Objective To observe clinical effects of Xinnaozaizao capsule for cerebral hemorrhage patients with moderate and few. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients with blood volume being smaller or equal to 30 mL were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was plus Xinnaozaizao capsule on the basis of conventional therapy.Efficacy and ADL score were compared separately in 30 days and 90 days before and after treatment in the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the total efficiency was better than control group,ADL score was significantly better than control group separately in 30 days and 90 days.The differences between the two groups were significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Xinnaozaizao capsule in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage patients with blood volume being smaller or equal to 30 mL is effect and reliable,especially can reduce crippling rate of the patients,and has broad application prospects.
