摘要
以保靖黄金茶绿茶为材料,开展了盖碗泡法、杯泡法及冷泡法三种冲泡方法的研究。实验证明盖碗法泡保靖黄金茶茶汤浓度相对较低,滋味鲜醇爽口;杯泡法泡保靖黄金茶茶汤浓度较高,滋味醇厚;冷泡法泡保靖黄金茶茶汤品质成分丰富,滋味清爽怡人。
Baojing Golden Tea was brewed by gaiwan, cup and cold water. The result showed that by gaiwan the tea flavor is not strong while taste mellow and pleasant, by cup the flavor and taste is strong and by cold water the tea is rich in taste and the flavor is nice and fresh.
