摘要
阐述了用ASME PTC 46试验规程进行燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组的性能试验过程,分析了试验的边界划定、结果计算与修正方面的特殊性,提出了联合循环机组性能试验的方法,对试验结果进行了计算和修正,指出了联合循环机组性能试验的注意事项。试验计算结果的修正过程表明,需要准确划定试验边界,不能简单应用厂家提供的修正曲线,而应采用经过计算得到的修正曲线对机组净输出和净热耗率进行修正。
This paper expounds the performance checkup process by ASME PTC 46 testing regulation for gas-steam combined cycle unit,analyzes particularity of boundary delimitation,calculation and correction,proposes the method of performance checkup for combined cycle unit,calculates and corrects the test result and points out the matters need attention in performance checkup test for combined cycle unit.The process of the correction of test result indicates that the test boundary should be accurately delimited.Instead of simply adopting the correction curve provide by the factory,the curve worked out by calculation should be adopted to correct unit net output and net heat loss efficiency.
