摘要 锅炉效率是反映锅炉运行经济性的重要指标,对锅炉性能监测和查找锅炉节能潜力具有重要意义。以国标锅炉效率计算模型为例,分析锅炉效率在线计算的难点以及影响锅炉效率主要因素的特性。建立了它们的在线监测模型,实现了所有锅炉效率影响因素可在线测量,然后,将这些在线可测的参数作为输入变量,建立了锅炉效率的BP网络模型,并对其仿真结果进行比较,得出该模型具有良好的泛化能力,能准确地预测锅炉效率。 An important index to reflect boiler running economy is boiler efficiency,which has a significant meaning for boiler performance monitoring and energy-saving potential searching.Taking the international boiler efficiency calculation mode as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulty in online boiler efficiency calculation and the characteristic of the main factors influencing boiler efficiency,of which the online monitoring mode is established,realizing online measurement of factors influencing boiler efficiency.Parameters obtained by online monitoring being input variance,the BP network mode of boiler efficiency is established and the simulation results are compared,by which it is proved that this mode enjoys excellent generalization ability and accurately predicts boiler efficiency.
