摘要
针对大尺寸立式钢制筒体在焊接过程中极易产生形体偏差的问题,阐述了圆柱形筒体焊接工艺方法。结合实际,分析了焊接过程中圆柱形筒体1号和2号子模块的垂直度、半径和直径偏差。测量数据表明,大尺寸钢制筒体在焊接过程中宜采取外侧定位焊,并根据情况随时更改焊接顺序,可以减少筒体焊接变形。
Since the large-size vertical steel tank welding distortions is easy to distort during welding,this paper introduces the welding process cylindrical tank.Combining the practice,it analyzes the deviation of verticality,radius and diameter of the cylindrical tank No.1 and No.2 submodule.The measuring data shows that it is better for large-size steel tank to adopted offside tack welding which can reorder the welding on the basis of changing circumstances to remit distortions.
