摘要
针对多工位M16冷镦模具生产实际过程中存在寿命低,制造成本高等问题,通过对模具结构、材料及热处理工艺进行优化设计,使模具寿命提高(9—12)倍,增产40%,节约模具用工具钢2kg/万件。
The cold upsetting die for multi -station MI6 Bolt has the problems of the less service life and high cost in the production. Through the optimum design for structure, material and heat - treatment process of the die, the service life of the die increases by (9 -12) times, the production ratio improves by 40% and saves tool steel for die 2kg per ten thousand works.
