摘要
本文针对目前高新技术企业关键人才的流失的现状,从社会环境因素、企业因素及个人因素分析了高新技术企业关键人才流失的原因,进而提出了解决关键人才流失问题的有效对策。
Based on the analysis of the current status of loss of human resources in high - tech enterprises, through interviewing the social environment, business and personal factors, the paper analyses the causes of the brain drain in high - tech enterprises to give effective countermeasures of solving the problem of brain drain.
