摘要
本文研究了钛醋酸纤维素(TiCA)为膜材料的制膜工艺和添加剂对膜性能的影响,评价了制膜工艺对膜性能的关系。结果表明,不同含钛量的钛醋酸纤维素(钛0.44~2.20%),只要采用合适的添加剂和配方都能获得脱盐率为(90~99%),水通量为1·8~3·6ml/cm^2h的膜。钛纤维素适用于较高的进料温度,耐氯性能好。
The effect of casting technology and additives on the properties of membrane cast from titanium cellulose acetate (TiCA)has been studied. It has been found that under suitable conditions TiCA with 0.44—2.2% of Ti content can be fabricated into a satisfactory membrane with 90—99% of Salt reiection and 1.8—3.6% ml/cm^2h of water flux. The experiment data also showed that TiCA membrane could be used at higher working temperature and had a good resistance tochlorine,
