摘要
国家标准GB/T21296-2007《动态公路车辆自动衡器》中指出了影响动态称重结果的多种因素,却未提及加速度对其产生的影响,经过现场实际观察,发现当车辆以一定的加速度通过秤台时,测量结果出现了较大的偏差。本文通过理论分析得出加速度对称重结果的影响原理,并且运用测量不确定度得出加速度的合理范围,为提高动态称重的精度提供了依据。
National standard GB/T21296-2007 "Automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion" include several influenced automatic weighing factors, but it do not refer to acceleration influence weights result. After the actual observation, we found that when vehicles through the scale stage at speed change, measuring the result is not accurate. The article concludes that acceleration effect on weight results From a theoretical perspective, and apply evaluation of uncertainty in measurement for the reasonable range of the acceleration to improve the accuracy of the dynamic weighting
