摘要
面对"十二五"规划发展所带来的机遇和挑战,山西省电力公司超(特)高压输变电分公司提出了"全过程计划管理、全面问责管理、全员绩效管理"的"三项管理"新思路。通过信息化手段将三者合为一个整体,研发"三项管理"三合一软件系统,推行标准化管理,检验制度是否科学、流程是否闭环、衔接是否有序,使制度在信息化的深化应用中得到提升和创新。就"三项管理"的创新思路和"三合一"管理系统的意义目的作详细阐述,为提升企业管理效率的方法和思路提供参考。
Faced with the chance and challenge brought by the Twelfth Five Years Plan, the ideas of Three-term Management which consists of 'Whole procedure planned, complete accountability system, and achievement management on all employees' are put forward by Shanxi Extra (Ultra)High Voltage Company. The Three-term Management is integrated by means of informationization, and the software which serves the system is explored. Based on the system, the management regulations would be advanced and improved. In this paper, the ideas of Three-term Management and the meaning of it are represented in detail, which provides reference for increasing the management efficiency of enterprises.
