随着电网的迅速发展,特别是近几年来超、特高压电网的建设投运,为电力提供了十分难得的发展机遇,同时也带来了必须认真应对的全新挑战。如何审时度势,全面分析运维电网面临的客观形势,把握机遇,应对挑战,确保电网安全稳定运行是当前一项紧迫任务。
With the rapid development of power grid, especially the building and commissioning of EHV and UHV power grid in recent years, the important development chance and new challenge are both provided for power system. It is of significance to evaluate and analyze the current objective situation to insure the safety and stability of power system.
