摘要
美国教师专业发展学校对推动美国的教师专业发展进程发挥着重要的作用。本文对美国教师专业发展学校的运行模式、理论基础以及保障机制等环节进行系统而深入的研究,以期为我国近年来兴起的教师专业化运动提供一些有价值的参考和借鉴。
The American Professional Development School(PDS) plays an important role in promoting teachers' professional development.In this paper,a systematic and deep investigation is conducted of the American PDS' operation mode,theoretical foundation and guarantee mechanism.Hopefully,this will provide some valuable reference for the movement of teachers' professional development,and become more and more popular in China.
