内置叶片开槽间断性转子换热管强化传热及阻力特性实验研究

Experimental Research on Heat Transfer and Friction Factor Characteristics of a Tube Fitted with Blade-Discreted Rotor with Ladder

摘要 本文对内置叶片开槽间断型转子换热管的强化传热及阻力特性进行了实验研究。在雷诺数为15000~45000范围内对光管进行了验证性实验,得出努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f误差分别在-3.0%~+3.5%和9.0%以内。在实验条件下,内置叶片开槽间断型转子的换热管与光管相比,努塞尔数Nu和阻力系数f分别平均提高了70.03%和83.88%。通过综合性能评价得出PEC值在1.38~1.40之间。 Heat transfer enhancement and friction factor in the tubes fitted with Blade-discreted rotor with ladder have been investigated experimentally.Plain tube replication experiment has been done for the Reynolds number in the range of 25,000 to 65,000,the experimental data reveal that the percentage error of Nusselt number and friction factor within-3.0%?+3.5% and 9.0%,respectively.In the experimental conditions,compared with plain tube,Nusselt number and friction factor are increased by an average of 70.03% and 83.88% by using the tubes fitted with Blade-discreted rotor with ladder.The PEC value obtained between 1.38?1.40 through the comprehensive performance evaluation.
