中国公共图书馆总分馆体系研究述评

Review on the Central-Branch Library System of Public Libraries in China

总分馆体系在资源统一管理及共建共享方面具有较大优越性,在构建覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系的大背景下,成为了近年来我国公共图书馆界极为关注的一种服务体系,其相关研究和实践成果较为丰富。通过对众多实践和理论研究成果的分析可以发现,我国行政事业体制的现实约束、经济发展水平的参差不齐、建设过程中的概念混杂和规范性较差以及资源共建共享效益较低等仍然是制约我国公共图书馆发展总分馆体系建设的主要因素。

The central-branch library system has major superiority in the unified management of resources and the co-construction and sharing of resources.In the background of the construction of public culture service system,the central-branch library system is becoming a fashion way,its relevant researches and practice achievements are relatively rich.Through analyzing and reviewing these achievements,we could find some factors that hinder constructing the central-branch library system of our public libraries for the further research,such as practical restriction from our administration system,uneven economic development level,chaotic concept and worse normalization in the progress of construction,and poor efficiency of co-construction and sharing of resources,and so on.
