图书馆文化形成于人类社会的发展进程中,图书馆文化的基因中充满神圣的文化色彩,图书馆文化的孕育与社会进步、社会教育历时共存,图书馆文化的成长与知识平等、人权自由、社会包容息息相关。图书馆物质形态及其功能折射出图书馆文化的特质。目前,我国图书馆文化受到严重挑战,为此应强调以自信、自强、自觉的态度,秉承图书馆文化自觉要旨,弘扬图书馆传统文化,坚守图书馆特质文化,创新图书馆时代文化。

The library culture forms in the process of the development of human society,its gene is full of sacred cultural coloring,its development goes together with social development and social education,its growth closely interrelates to knowledge equity,human rights freedom and social inclusion.The physical form and function of libraries reflects characteristics of library culture.At present,the library culture in China is facing huge challenge.Therefore,libraries should emphasize the attitude of confidence,self-reliance and consciousness,inherit the importance of library culture consciousness,carry forward library traditional culture,hold the library characteristic culture,and innovate the library age culture.
