基于Wiki的文献传递工作流集成平台的构建

CALIS、CASHL、NSTL在用户服务及用户管理方面存在一定的问题和缺陷。基于Wiki构建的文献传递工作流集成平台(W-DD-P),可通过建立相关信息库、自动发送文献、完善统计功能、整合检索工具和管理系统、构建知识交互平台及提供个性化推送服务来提高文献传递服务的质量,方便馆员与用户沟通,实现文献资源的全面共享。通过W-DD-P最终可建立地区乃至全国高校图书馆文献传递服务联盟,使文献传递服务向更深层次发展。

China Academic Library Information System（CALIS）,China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities Library（CASHL） and National Science and Technology Library（NSTL） have some problems and shortcomings in user services and user management.Wiki-Document Delivery-Platform（W-DD-P） could improve the quality of document delivery services,facilitate the communication between document delivery staff and users,realize resource sharing of document resources through establishing relative information database,sending documents automatically,improving statistics function,integrating search tools and management systems,establishing knowledge interactive platform and providing personalized push services.Through W-DD-P could build the regional and national document delivery service consortia of university libraries,and make document delivery services develop in deeper level.
