脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(A-FABP)亦称脂肪细胞脂类结合蛋白、脂肪酸结合蛋白4、ap2、422蛋白或P15蛋白,是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族中最重要的一员,与支气管哮喘多种炎性细胞关系密切,研究认为A-FABP可能在支气管哮喘中发挥重要作用。

Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein （A-FABP）, also known as adipocyte lipid binding protein （ALBP）, fatty acid binding proteins4 （FABP4）, ap2,422 protein or P15 protein, is the most important member of FABP.It is closely related to many types of inflammatory cells in bronchial asthma.Studies suggest that A-FABP may play an important role in bronchial asthma.
