摘要
结合库什塔依水电站项目建设过程中的监理工作,对水电站从现场监理机构的组织原则,监理人员的配置要求,监理机构的质量控制、进度控制、安全控制、资金控制、合同和信息管理及协调等方面进行论述。
The supervision on the construction of Kushitayi Hydropower Station is introduced herein from three aspects of the principles of institutional organization, the requirements on staff configuration and the target controls of supervision agency which includes quality control, progress control, safety control, capital control, contract and information management and coordination.
