Consumer's Irrational Behavior and Keynesian Consumption Function

摘要 本文首次构建了基于消费者非理性行为——"货币幻觉"与"过度反应"视角下的凯恩斯消费函数,并分别用中国城镇居民1978—2009年年度数据和中国农村居民1985—2009年年度数据,对该非理性凯恩斯消费函数进行实证检验。检验结果表明中国城镇居民和中国农村居民的消费行为都是非理性的,中国城镇居民受到"货币幻觉"效应的影响,而中国农村居民则表现出对物价波动的"过度反应"。最后,本文还详细解释了中国城镇居民和中国农村居民在面对消费决策时,表现出"货币幻觉"与"过度反应"两种不同非理性行为的可能原因,并给出了若干政策建议。 The paper build a new Keynesian consumption function which based on consumer's irrational behavior:" money illusion" and "overreaction" ,We use urban residents of China Maeroeconomie data in 1978-2009 and rural residents of China macroeconomic data in 1978-2009 ,fitting the consumption function and testing whether the residents are rational. The results show that the residents of China are irrational; the urban residents are subjected to "money illusion", but the rural residents show "overreaction" to price volatility, finally, we express the reasons why the two residents have the different behavior and give some advice to the government.
