摘要 永磁风力发电机的通风发热综合计算可以指导发电机及其冷却系统设计,并准确地得到发电机各部件的温升及其分布。采用计算流体力学(CFD)法进行通风系统计算,采用等效热网络法进行热计算。通过通风系统计算得到发电机内冷却空气流量分配、风速分布及风压降。通风计算结果为外加风机的选型提供了依据。根据发电机内风速分布确定发电机各部件的对流散热系数,并将其作为热计算的边界条件,通过热计算得到发电机各部件的温升值。 The design of the wind generator and its cooling system can be guided by a synthetical calculating procedure related to the ventilation and heat of the permanent magnet generator, and the temperature field and its distribution can be obtained accurately in each part. The cooling system calculation for the permanent magnet wind generator was investigated u- sing computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the thermal analysis was investigated using equivalent thermal network. The cooling air flow distributions, velocity distributions and pressure within the generator were computed to give a clear picture using computational fluid dynamics technique. The type and quantity of the exhaust funs were determined according to the calculation results. The heat transfer coefficients used to calculate the thermal behavior of the generator were determined ac- cording to the cooling air velocity. The equivalent thermal network was established to calculate the termperature distribution within the generator.
