原发性心脏肿瘤的生物遗传学进展

摘要 心脏肿瘤是一种少见的肿瘤性疾病。尸体解剖显示，原发性心脏肿瘤的发生率为0．02％，其中75％为良性肿瘤，25％恶性肿瘤。由于肿瘤生长于心脏，即使是良性肿瘤也可因心腔阻塞而导致心力衰竭，或因肿瘤和血栓栓子脱落发生肺循环或体循环栓塞，乃至猝死等严重并发症。且其在发病早期缺乏特异性表现，易被误诊及延误诊断，导致预后不良，
