摘要
对高原地区涂料应用现状及其老化原因进行了分析,对青藏高原地区年平均日照时数、地面气温、降水量等环境因素进行了量化分析,重点对有机涂层暴露在高原环境条件下的影响参数(太阳辐射强度、温度和湿度)进行了研究,并从光物理学和光化学原理的角度解释了涂层老化的内在机理,为提升有机涂料高原环境适应性提供了理论基础和科学依据。
The present application status and aging principle of coatings used in plateau was studied. The typical environment characteristic of plateau was discussed, the mean sunshine time per day, ground temperature,precipitation and some other environment factors in Qinghai -Tibet Plateau was analyzed quantitatively, the main influencing factors (e. g. solar radiation intensity, temperature and humidity ) organic coatings expoared in plateau area. Finally, the inherent aging medauism of coatings was explained in views of optical physics and optical chemistry, which would provide a theory basis and scientific foundation for upgrading environment suitable organic coatings used in plateau.
