摘要
民国时期,各级政府制定了一系列有关图书馆事业的法令、法规和条例,建立图书馆人事管理制度。包括首席行政长官名称的确立及遴选、各级馆员的聘用条件、图书馆员的薪俸和抚恤标准、养老金制度以及奖惩办法,最为重要的是建立了人员任用核准制度。
During the period of the republic of China, laws, rules and regulations relevant to library were made by all levels of the government. In this context the library personnel management system in the republic of China gradually formed, which included establishment of the title of the chief executive and the selection of the position the library employment conditions at all levels librarian's salary standards pen-sion and the pension system and system of rewards and penalties. The most important part was the estab-lishment of an approved system for stuff appointment.
