摘要
通过双偏心机构与摆动油缸有机组合在一起,实现油泵排油量与工作压力的调节,在此基础上设计了一种基于双偏心轮机构的新型自变量油泵,并给出了驱动变量机构叶片式摆动油缸研究设计的技术路线,确定了油缸扭矩与输出压力之间函数关系式的实验方案。
A new variable pump was designed based on double eccentic wheels mechanism that can realizes the oil pump and oil exhaust volume and working pressure regulator by the combination of the double eccentric mechanism with the oscillating oil cylinder, and the technical route of a driving variable mechanism of vane swinging cylinder was given, the cylinder torque and output pressure function relation experiment scheme was determined too.
