矿用自卸车发动机散热器研究与仿真

Research and Simulation of Engine Radiator in Mining Dump Truck

摘要 矿用自卸汽车的冷却系统常采用一泵两路水冷系统进行冷却。为了对比并联高低温散热器与串联高低温散热器的散热效率以及散热特点,针对这2种散热器结构,进行散热性能的热力计算,并利用有限元法对温度场及流场进行模拟。结果表明,并联形式散热器的适应范围更广,可以应付更恶劣的环境条件。 The engine of mining dump truck is cooled by 1 Pump-2 Loop water coohng system, tO compare cooling performance of parallel radiator and series radiator, thermodynamic calculations are carried out and finite element method is used to simulate temperature and flow field distribution of radiator. The results show that, although cooling efficiency of series radiator is higher slightly, but due to 1 Pump-2 Loop cooling form, the parallel radiator have a wider adaptation range and can adapt to more severe environmental conditions.
