摘要
针对以往系列化产品设计过程中自动化程度不高、有限元分析的工作量较大的问题,提出了一种基于参数化变型设计的自动化设计方法。研究了三维造型软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件ANSYS的二次开发方法,实现了运用VB和APDL语言对其的二次开发;分析了设计过程中参数校核不严谨的现象,制定了设计参数包括常规计算、设计校核及有限元分析的双重校核机制;结合铸造起重机小车架的结构特点,将参数化变型设计和模块化思想有机地结合起来,开发了铸造起重机小车架参数化设计系统,并以小车端梁设计为例进行了验证。
In order to improve automatic degree of series product design, reduce work of finite element analysis, proposed automatic design technology that is based on parametric variant design. Studied secondary development methods of three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and finite element analysis software ANSYS, using VB and secondary development language APDL to achieve them, analyzed phenomenon that design parameters checking is not rigorous, proposed double checking,it included conventional calculations ,design checking and finite element analysis, analyzed small wheel frame structural characteristics,combined parametric variant design and modular idea to develop casting crane small wheel frame parametric design systems, and took small wheel beam design as an example to verify it.
