摘要
分析了稳态液动力、瞬态液动力对滑阀式换向阀的影响,并以2个实例说明液动力过大造成的不良后果,提出了具体补偿措施,说明在设计液压换向回路时,应考虑液动力对滑阀换向的影响,以使液压系统工作更稳定。
This paper analyzed the effect of steady-state flow force and transient flow force to sliding direction valve, and two examples were given to illustrate adverse consequences caused by excessive fluid power, put forward the compensation measures. The effect of flow force should be considered when designing the hydraulic system in order to make the hydraulic system work more stable.
