摘要
分析了国内液压支架用阀试验台的发展现状及存在的主要问题,设计了综合试验台的主要技术参数,从液压系统、电气控制系统、传感器仪表及测试系统和抗干扰系统4个方面进行了总体设计,提高了液压支架被测元件的检测效率,具有较大的经济和社会效益。
The current development status and main question of valve test platform for domestichydraulic support is analyzed, major technique parameter of synthesis test platform is designed, system is totally designed from hydraulic system and electric control system, sensor measuring appliance and test system and janti-jamming system four aspects. With test platform, examination efficiency of hydraulic support measured part is improved, large economic and social benefit will be made.
