摘要
提出了一种基于DSP和CPLD的高速、高精度数控插补装置,由DSP承担粗插补任务,实现基于数据采样法的插补运算。CPLD接收DSP的粗插补数据,采用硬件实现精插补,可以有效地提高数控插补的精度和速度。该装置已经成功应用于数控贴片机的控制,工作稳定可靠,具有较高的插补速度和插补精度。
Based on DSP and CPLD, a high-speed and high-precision CNC interpolation device is presented in which DSP takes crude interpolation task. The device can achieve interpolation operation on basis of data sampling method. Meanwhile it can effectively improve precision and speed of CNC interpolation with method that CPLD receives crude interpolation data then hardware achieves fine interpolation. Furthermore, this device has been successfully used in control of CNC mounter with high interpolation speed and precision, and proved to be stable and reliable.
