针对山东某矿空压机站的5台空压机控制系统存在的不足,研制了以西门子PLC为核心的空压机站智能控制系统,实现了空压机及其冷却水系统的就地、远程和网络监控,达到了按需供风的目标。着重介绍了西门子PLC控制系统的硬件配置和软件设计。

In connection with the shortcomings of five air-compressors control system in a certain mine of Shandong province, an air compressor station intelligent control system has been developed by Siemens PLC as the core of the system. The local, remote and network monitoring control of the air- compressors and cooling water systems have been realized, the flexible air supply was achieved. Siemens PLC control system of the hardware configuration and software design have been mainly introduced in the article.
