断齿故障齿轮的冲击激励研究

摘要 冲击激励是齿轮内部动态激励的重要组成部分,直接影响着机器的加工精度与使用寿命。断齿故障在齿轮故障中占据着较高的比重,因而研究断齿故障齿轮的冲击激励很重要。影响冲击激励的因素很多,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对断齿齿轮进行动力学仿真,定性地分析了转速和断齿的齿数对冲击激励的影响。 Im pact incentive is important component of gear internal dynamic incentive, and directly affect processing precision and service life of machine. Broken teeth gear hold high proportion in gear fault. Therefore, the impact incentive research of broken teeth gear is very important. Many factors can influence impact incentive. This paper uses software ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate dynamics of broken teeth gear,and qualitatively analyse speed and number of broken teeth how to influence impact incentive.
