摘要
波谱分析是并条机在线监测系统的重要组成部分;设计了基于DSP的波谱分析仪;首先对波谱分析的算法进行了规划和Sim-ulink仿真,然后以DSP为核心进行了硬件系统开发,完成了从数据采集、信号处理到波谱显示的完整系统设计;软件设计中利用RTW-EC生成DSP目标代码,并通过CCSLink将DSP和MATLAB进行连接,从而大大加快了DSP的开发进程,将得到的波谱图与乌斯特仪的计算结果进行比较,其变化趋势基本一致,实验证明,该方案可以高效地实现55个通道的波谱分析,对于在线监测系统具有重要意义。
Spectrum analysis is an important part of the drawing frames' on--line monitoring system . Designed the spectrum analyzer based on DSP. First of all, made a spectrum analysis algorithm planning and simulated in Simulink, then developed the hardware system centered on DSP, accomplished the integrated system design which refered from the data acquisition, signal processing to the complete spectrum shows. In the software design, generated DSP object code by the use of RTW-- EC and connected DSP and MATLAB with the CCSLink interface which accelerated greatly the DSP development process. Compared the spectum with the USTER instrument's calculated data and the results demonstrated that the change tendency is basically the same, which proved that the scheme can realize the spectrum a- nalysis of 55 channel highly effeetivly and it has an important meaning to the on--line monitoring system .
