摘要
针对传统的在线检测仪不能满足实时快速测量的缺点,设计了一种小型、快速、低成本的滤光片颜色特性的专用检测仪器;它采取多通道并行测量方式,检测速度得以大大提高;结合当前先进的CCD技术和数字控制系统技术,以线阵CCD为光敏感元件,结合高速单片机控制采样系统的数字化光谱检测系统,完成光学模块、光电耦合器件、CPLD驱动模块、信号处理模块的硬件设计,并按照FPGA的混合输入方式实现分频器div18、系统同步信号模块div2500和光积分时间设置模块div50000的VHDL设计;测试表明,系统指标达到了实时性、高精度的要求,可用于测量可见光范围的光谱。
Aiming at the shortages of traditional detecting instruments, a minitype on--line detecting instrument of color characteristics of optical filter with low cost was designed. By parallel multicenter measuring, its measuring speed improved largely. The author designed the optical module, the photocoupler, the CPLD driving module, and the signal--processing module by using linear CCD as light sensor, combining with the CCD technology, the advanced digital control system technology, and the digital spectrum testing system based on single chip microcomputer. Based on hybrid input of FPGA, the frequency division div18, synchronized signal module div2500, the VHDL design of light integral time set div50000 module are completed. It is shown that the index of the system has achieved the requirements of real--time, high--accuracy, and the system can be used to measure the spectrum of visible light
