应用ATP生物荧光法监测流产吸引管清洗效果的对照研究 被引量:9

ATP bioluminescence assay applied for monitoring of cleaning quality of suction tubes for uterine cavity:a comparative study

摘要 目的探讨手工清洗流产吸引管时不同酶浸泡时间对清洗质量的影响。方法将用猪血污染的新流产吸引管108件,用酶浸泡、手工刷洗、超声清洗、高压水枪方法清洗,依据酶浸泡时间的不同随机分为9个组,采取双盲法进行试验,用ATP生物荧光方法测相对发光值(RLU)判断清洗合格率。结果无预浸泡组、酶浸泡5、10、15min组,合格率分别为16.7%、41.7%、50.0%、58.3%;RLU值与推荐的合格清洗值2000RLU相比,差异无统计学意义;酶浸泡20、25、30、35min组,合格率分别为91.7%、100.0%、100.0%、100.0%;RLU值与推荐的合格清洗值2000RLU相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论在手工清洗管腔器械时,酶清洁剂的浸泡时间是影响清洗质量的一个重要因素,浸泡20min是最佳的时间。 OBJECTIVE To explore the impact of the enzymatic detergent presoak time on the cleaning quality of suction tubes for uterine cavity.METHODS A total of 108 pieces of suction tubes for uterine cavity soiled by pig blood and cleaned by the procedure of enzyme presoak,manual brushing,ultrasound washing,high pressure gun washing,and divided into 9 groups randomly according to the presoak time of enzymatic detergent,ATP bioluminescence assay as testing parameters.RESULTS The qualified rates of the non-presoak,5 minutes,10 minutes and 15 minutes presoak groups were:16.7%,41.7%,50.0% and 58.3%;as compared with RLU values and the standard value 2000RLU,the difference was not statistically significant;For the 20 minutes,25 minutes,30 minutes,35 minutes presoak groups,the qualified rates were 91.7%,100.0%,100.0% and 100.0%,respectively;as compared with RLU values and the standard value 2000RLU,the difference was statistically significant(p0.05),but there was no statistical significance among the three groups.CONCLUSION The presoaking time of enzymatic detergent plays an important role in manual cleaning quality of lumen instruments,the optimal presoaking time is 20 minutes.
