摘要
采用特殊的定位工装,改进生产工艺实现了RXGT新型线绕电阻器的研制,并通过优选合金线和严格要求合金线成分来提高电阻器的稳定性,同时结合线绕电阻器本身的性能对高频原理进行了探讨。结果表明:定位工装能够提高产品的批量生产效率,优选合金线能够提高产品阻值的稳定性,改进生产工艺则可以提高产品电感量的指标要求。
RXGT new wire wound resistors were developed by designing the special positioning tooling, and improving the productive technology. The stability of the prepared resistor was improved through optimizing the alloy wire and strictly requesting the element of the alloy wire. The high-frequency principle was probed using the performance of wire wound resistor. The results show that the efficiency of mass production can be improved by positioning tooling, the stability of the product resistance could be increased using the preferred alloy wire, and the index of inductance could be enhanced by improving productive technology.
