摘要
采用EDX、SEM等分析方法并结合实际生产,研究了助烧剂Bi2O3添加量对低温共烧叠层片式铁氧体电感器(MLCI)性能和外观的影响。结果表明:w(Bi2O3)为3%时,MLCI的质量最好。w(Bi2O3)为1%时,MLCI的烧结收缩率偏大,电感量和品质因数偏低;w(Bi2O3)为5%时,MLCI的品质因数偏低,直流电阻偏高,内电极银严重扩散,且表面出现金属斑点。
Multilayer chip inductors (MLCI) were prepared with Bi2O3 as the sintering aid and with the actual production condition being taken into consideration. The effects of Bi2O3 content on the performance and appearance of MLCI were studied using EDX and SEM. The results show that the MLCI with 3% w(Bi2O3) shows the best quality in comparison to other MLCI samples. The MLCI with 1% w(Bi2O3) shows a relatively high sintering shrinkage and low inductance and quality factor, while the MLCI with 5% w(Bi2O3) exhibits a surface with metal spots and a relatively low quality factor, high DC resistance and strong diffusion of silver in the inner electrode.
