高职公共基础英语课程改革必须紧紧围绕高职教育的"高教性"和"职业性"两大基本属性展开,以"职业性"为切入点,安排理论教学与实践教学,才能最终实现高职教育高素质、高技能的人才培养目标要求。实践证明,课程改革成效显著,凸显了高职教育特色。

Reform of the public basic English curriculum should focus on the characteristics of being ＂higher education＂ and ＂profession＂. With ＂profession＂ being the basis, teachers should conduct the theoretical and prac- tical teaching so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality, competent personnel. It is proved that the reform has made obvious accomplishment and shown the characters of higher vocational education.
