摘要
探讨了在分布式可再生能源发电(DREG)具有成本优势且电网对其出力稳定性要求增加的前提下,DREG出力稳定性的最优决策。在对DREG随机性出力成本特性进行分析的基础上,基于随机生产模拟方法构建了发电利润期望值最大化目标下DREG出力稳定性的最优选择模型,运用该模型对以IEEE—RTS系统负荷数据为基础的算例进行了计算和分析,得出了DREG厂商的最优决策可能损害电网企业以及电力用户的利益的结论,并提出了改进的措施。
The power output stability optimal selection of distributed renewable energy generation is explored in the context where distributed renewable energy generation has cost advantage and the requirement of grid enterprise for its power output stability is enhanced.This paper establishes an optimal selection model of DREG' s output stability with profit expectation maximization of its power generation considered through probabilistic production simulation approach on the basis of the analysis on cost characteristics of DREG' s random power output,applies the model to the calculation and analysis of an instance with load data from the IEEE-RTS system to base on.Results demonstrate that DREG owner's optimal decision-making may harm the interests of grid enterprise and users.Therefore,some measures should be taken to guide DREG owners to make a decision as convergent as possible to the interests of grid enterprise and users.
